Review of St. Lukes Brooklands - Community Team written by a patient
23rd August 2014

By showing and helping me to breathe better. Julia has improved me to cope better with my illness (pulmonary fibloris). With her care and personality. I don't think there is a need for improvement. I cannot thank her enough. Margaret Mace.

The individual attention and care being received by everyone is wonderful - so professional - but delivered by human beings as soon as you enter the building. The Feeling of well being is overpowering and no glum faces any where. Both patient and carer feel as if they are with an extended family and believe me, the help that give u beyond and overpowering.

Review of St Lukes Turnchapel - Lymphoedema written by a patient

1. The personal service and attention given by Vickie Mattias is outstanding. She is truly an expert in the field of lymphodera/issues and a very caring person. 2. No improvements necessary in service, just finding a sleeve that fits my arm and that is manufacturing (not fitting) issue.

Everything is excellent. At times more staff would be more useful.

Good The finishing bits that make the Hospice like a home such as quite, urine bag-covers, card holders, offering visitors tea/coffee during the rounds, alcohol offered @ 11.30 am, welcoming pets and children, talking books, Dvd's Cd's, access to internet, creative crafts, games etc etc. There is nothing that could be improved as it is a first class Hospice. 20/10
